Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Petals and Cheers, every bouquet and gift is hand-designed with care and intention. Because our offerings are made fresh and in small batches, we currently offer local delivery and pickup within the Metro Atlanta area.

Local Delivery

  • Delivery available Tuesday through Saturday

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance

  • Deliveries are made within Metro Atlanta (10–15 mile radius from [insert location or zip code])

  • A flat local delivery fee may apply (shown at checkout)

  • Specific time requests will be honored when possible, but delivery windows are generally:
    Morning: 9am–12pm | Afternoon: 12pm–4pm

Pickup

  • Pickup is available Tuesday–Saturday by appointment

  • Pickup address will be shared in your order confirmation

  • Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window to ensure freshness

Shipping (Coming Soon)

We currently do not offer nationwide shipping of fresh flowers. However, gift cards and select dry/preserved items may be eligible for USPS shipping. Stay tuned for updates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because each product is perishable and made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements, kits, or custom orders.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us.

If something isn’t right with your order (damaged blooms, missed delivery, etc.), please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order edits or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.

  • No changes can be guaranteed after that window due to the nature of sourcing fresh flowers and supplies.

 A Note on Our Process

Every stem is real. Every bloom is hand-picked. Variations in flower type or color may occur due to seasonality — but the heart and intention behind your arrangement will always remain the same.
